Since 2007 all licenses and permits have been issued via the computerized Integrated Electronic Licensing System (IELS), either at license agents or via the Division's license Web site. Licenses, permits and stamps which were originally printed on a home computer (e.g. fishing license) can be reprinted for free using the license Web site. Other lost licenses, permits and stamps can be replaced at any license agent or by using the license Web site. Licenses and permits with a harvest stub cannot be reprinted at home. If there is a harvest stub associated with the license or permit, a customer is limited to purchasing a duplicate license/permit at a license agent or on the Internet sales site TWO times only. Any subsequent duplicate license or permit must be obtained in person at the Division's Central or Southern Regional Offices, or the Pequest Trout Hatchery and Natural Resource Education Center. It is advisable to phone the office first to ensure staff is available to issue the license/permit. Duplicates and records of licenses issued prior to the IELS are not available. However, hunters may be able to obtain a duplicate Hunter Education Card(s) depending on when originally issued. See the Duplicate Hunter Education Card page for details. |
