Directions to the Salem County Sportsmen’s Club
The Salem County Sportsmen’s Club is located on eastbound Rt. 40 (Harding Highway) in Carney’s Point, New Jersey. It is approximately three miles east of the Delaware Memorial Bridge.
From Route 295:
Take route 295 to Exit 2B (Route 40/NJ Turnpike)
Proceed east on Rt. 140. Go through the traffic light after passing over Route 295 and turn left onto Route 40 East at the second traffic light (after passing over the Turnpike).
Drive east on Route 40 for 1¼ miles. The Salem County Sportsmen’s Club will be on the right. It is marked by a sign with a shield and a security gate. Turn right into the entrance road.
From NJ Turnpike:
Take the Turnpike south to Exit 1.
Take the exit immediately following the tolls (on the right).
Turn left onto Route 140 at the light.
Drive east on Route 40 for 1¼ miles. The Salem County Sportsmen’s Club will be on the right. It is marked by a sign with a shield and a security gate. Turn right into the entrance road.
From the East via Route 40:
Take Route 40 West.
Proceed past Cowtown Rodeo. Route 40 becomes a four-lane divided highway, with a grass median in the center.
Travel another 1.5 miles passing the Friendly Tavern on the left. About a half mile after that, you will see the Salem County Sportsmen’s Club entrance on the left marked by a sign with a shield and a security gate. Make a U-Turn at the next opening in the median and travel back about 100 yards to the entrance of the SCSC. Turn right into the entrance.
After Passing the Security Gate:
Follow the entrance road to the Clubhouse.
