Pequest Group Program Registration Form

Please use the form below to request a staff-led program at the Pequest Trout Hatchery. The facility is presently open Monday – Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

You may request to schedule one (1) or two (2) programs depending on the length of time you can stay at the hatchery. All programs are approximately 2 hours long. If scheduled for two (2) programs, a half-hour break for lunch will be included in your visit schedule.
